As we offer a large range of products & run the business from home we cant always keep the entire range in stock, sometimes when you order an item it may not be in stock and this can incur a lead time of approx 1 week. Postage
Postage is not working on the website so once an order is received we will email you with a postage price, if you wish to know what the cost of postage is before you order please email us with a breakdown of what products you wish to purchase and we will provide a quote.
Shipping
We are more than happy for customers to pick up their orders from us. If you wish to organise a pick up please contact us and arrange a day and time.
Payment
Payment can be made via Bank Deposit or with Paypal. For customers who wish to collect there orders from us we are also happy to accept Cash on pick up. If you wish to pay via Bank Deposit please email us & we will provide account information for you, If you need to use another form of payment please contact us to discuss. SHIPPING OR PICK UP cannot be organised until funds for your order have cleared unless order is cash on pick up.
Returns & Refunds
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a MAJOR problem, this is when the item: 1) has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it 2) is unsafe 3) is significantly different from the sample of description 4) doesnt do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cant be easily fixed. Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is NOT MAJOR, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
